If you hire our office to handle a personal injury matter we have a communication system in place that will keep you advised of the status of your claim with no less than five (5) pieces of written correspondence within the first months of your claim. Someone qualified to discuss your case is almost always available to handle any questions over the phone, or we make practice to return all calls by the end of business if messages are left before 2:00pm. |
