ServiceBelieve it or not, the number one reason why clients complain about their current attorney is a lack of communication.  There are more complaints and legal malpractice suits filed on the basis of poor communication than for all other reasons combined. Poor communication, however, does not mean simply not returning phone calls.  We believe that our clients are important partners in the attorney-client relationship.  We don’t expect you to do the work for us.  What we do expect is that our clients take their cases seriously, keep us involved in the latest developments involving their claim, and do what they can to help us achieve the best result possible.

We understand how important communication between our clients and our legal team is, and we have developed a system that ensures that no client of ours will ever complain about a problem of communication.

If you hire our office to handle a personal injury matter we have a communication system in place that will keep you advised of the status of your claim with no less than five (5) pieces of written correspondence within the first months of your claim. Someone qualified to discuss your case is almost always available to handle any questions over the phone, or we make practice to return all calls by the end of business if messages are left before 2:00pm.
